      Avantages

      Safety driven company! Excellent employee motivated customer relation business. U.R. tried everything a company could do for their employees during this world-wide pandemic. Even with the layoffs they put their employees first with a excellent severance package that surprised me.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
