      Avantages

      I really appreciate how the branches all work together for the common goal to take care of our customer. Strong Safety Culture with Good Benefits. I also appreciate what UR does outside in our communities.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours so work/life balance is or can be a challenge.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
