      I have always felt like it was a family type atmosphere here through multiple positions and supervisors.

      They actually want you to do your job in order to get paid :)

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
