      Company likes to promote from within. Also has good referral bonus. Pay is average.

      Inconvénients

      Company does not profit share even when the branch you work at profits multiple millions each year.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
