      Avantages

      The studios are fun, engaged, commited. it's hard work but the people are super talented, and they inspire you to do better.

      Inconvénients

      Bureaucracy, if you're not french then there is no career advancement in ubisoft (the studios might be different). extremely low pay compared to the rest of the industry.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
