Avantages
Young, talented team. Internal coworkers often very nice and a pleasure to work with. Leads, even managers often very competent when it comes to IT support.
Inconvénients
Technical background not sufficient. Program and webpage outdated, with lots of bugs. IT security faulty as well on many levels. Lots of unorthodox/creative solutions needed from agents to bypass system faults. Pay was ridiculous compared to work done. Work not distributed equally among agents, breaks less than promised. No pay negotiation when becoming 2nd level support, raise given only to those who were friendly with the management.
