      Avantages

      A lot of the flexibility that I enjoy comes down to the department that you work in. I work in the Student Affairs division and they allow for alternate work hours, flex-time, and some WFH days.

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
