      easy going environment, nice people working there

      Inconvénients

      Depending on senior leadership, could be very aggressive. The leadership does not value their employees and are willing to give bad reviews on performance with no prior feedback. Lots of surprises during evals.

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
