Avantages
Having an on-campus has been such an amazing experience. Work is at the same location as classes, staff are understanding about school, and you get to expand your connections!
Inconvénients
Working on-campus also means fulfilling the high expectations the office has of you, which is not really a con but just another responsibility you have to get through.
