Avantages

Young, cool company with nice people that work there.

Inconvénients

The sales job is brutal. It was definitely over promised to make it sound more glamorous than it is. It's a "dial for dollars". You are stuck cold calling customer after customer all day long with very little contacts. They say they will hand feed you thousands of customers but you are literally calling customers from 8 years ago who have zero desire to do business with us again. They also appear to cherry pick the high dollar accounts and give to 2 or 3 favorite sales reps.

Avantages

The culture of positivity is amazing. The group chats are full of people being encouraging and uplifting. The WORK/LIFE BALANCE IS AMAZING! The ability to set my own paycheck through the commission structure is phenomenal! No matter if you work remotely or work in the office everyone in the company has a smile on their face and a helping hand. This is a Multi-Million Dollar company that is run like a small business and it makes all the difference. This company gives you all the tools to succeed including a book of business ready for you the day you start!

Inconvénients

Working remote has its challenges but that has nothing to do with the company.

Management does not micromanage employees, and employees have a voice in how their department operates.

Inconvénients

There is a struggle to understand processes in other departments or why certain steps are needed.
