      Avantages

      Great benefits, Amazing Owner “Daughter” still Family owned, operated privately held and ESOP. GREAT CORE VALUES laid out. Offer ongoing education at Branch Levels.

      Inconvénients

      “California only” new Pres of Sales walks like he is above everyone and is not very approachable. Also boasts that he has run “Multiple” large companies. Interesting to hear Ibwonder why so many? Attitude perhaps? Way to many procedures to accomplish a minimal task. Core values seem to fly out the window at the management level. Instead uts about the allmighty dollar of Complete Customer Attention/Satisfaction.

      Decent pay and benefits but not much else

      Inconvénients

      Executive team lacks direction. Leadership is just downright mean. They cater to their friends and family. Absolutely horrible place to work.
