      Avantages

      -Your voice will be heard, all team members have a say in decisions. -The owner is approachable, and open to feedback (positive or negative). -Huge opportunity for growth. -Is looking for people who want to help lead the direction of the company. -Really cool projects to work on. -All team members are very passionate about creating great digital products.

      Inconvénients

      -There was previously not a defined benefits package, but one is being rolled out soon. -Being part of a small team demands a larger individual commitment from it's members, there are just fewer people to pick up the slack if one member is not able to perform.

      Thank you for your comments about working at TrueParallel. As the President of the company, my door is always open and I am always willing to listen to new ideas and ways to improve our business and culture. Growth comes with many challenges and we meet them head on each and every day. We could not do that without the fantastic people we have on our team today. We have rolled out a benefits package which includes a health insurance allowance and 401K plan. Our paid vacation, holidays and sick days are comparable to most any business and we are always open to providing personal time as needed, especially to those that demonstrate a high level of commitment to our clients.

      Avantages

      The CEO is such a great guy - extremely respectful, great to learn from, creates a positive environment.

      Inconvénients

      Clients can needy, but not really a con just par for the job in this field and I actually really loved all the clients we worked with a TP.

      Avantages

      TrueParallel is a wonderful place to work! The passion and drive is apparent in every team member and the dedication and execution is extraordinary. The company cares about each and every person and encourages creative and strategic thinking. Your input matters and it is a great feeling to be heard and make a difference here! The environment is fun, there are great perks and who doesn't love unlimited snacks and coffee?

      Inconvénients

      There really isn't anything negative to say, the CEO and team is always wanting feedback and input from employees to continue to make the company more efficient, successful and a great place to work!
