      Avantages

      I have been consistently surprised and impressed at the strong product and tech focus at TrueCar. It still feels like a startup that prizes design, specs, QA, etc. I have bean at other companies where revenue and marketing take precedence. So it is great to find that TrueCar isn't like that.

      Inconvénients

      The company is growing and forming many new departments. It is becomingly harder to coordinate with all those teams for a fast release of a new product. This means greater stability for all and a good focus on long term projects, but it also means some silos and meetings.

      My boss and team were amazing. Super talented and collaborative.

      The company as a whole started floundering and its goals weren't clear anymore.

      Avantages sociaux exceptionnels et possibilité de télétravail

      Inconvénients

      Peu importe vos efforts, aucune reconnaissance ni augmentation de salaire. Je déconseille d'utiliser la politique de la porte ouverte si vous avez des inquiétudes concernant un responsable. J'ai soulevé un problème persistant et j'ai fini par recevoir un avertissement écrit sous prétexte que je ne faisais pas mon travail, alors que je suivais les instructions. Lors des licenciements, j'ai malheureusement été parmi les premiers à être remerciés. Ce fut un véritable affront après tout le temps et l'engagement que j'avais consacrés à l'entreprise.
