Culture is amazing and the team and management want you to win. They host training camps weekly - and for those who want to do well take the steps to get better.

Inconvénients

It's door to door. And if you are not committed to wanting to do better, this might not be the job for you. But potential for promotion is there so long as there is work and effort put behind it.

Avantages

Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

Inconvénients

If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

Avantages

Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

Inconvénients

Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
