      Avantages

      Good training pay. Opportunity to make money while learning. Takes in fresh people with no experience in sales.

      Inconvénients

      Workplace has toxic positivity. I’ve been suspended for a day for supposedly “ not working” and dropping “fake pins”. Need to work in the elements. We had to work in the unhealthy air two days ago. On top of that. You need to schedule 8 appointments in a week to graduate. It resets every damn week. I hate that. They need to include emotional support for these field marketers. One of my best friends passed away and I didn’t want to tell my supervisors or managers because I didn’t want to slow the team down. Toxic

      Avantages

      Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

      Inconvénients

      If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

      Avantages

      Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

      Inconvénients

      Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
