Avantages
Great work/life balance. Great colleagues. Good mission. Despite the cons, local teams are still free to innovate so long as it doesn't step on enterprise toes.
Inconvénients
Still working to centralize IT functions across all of its child hospital systems after many years. This leads to stranded teams located across the company. Local management is scared of this change and fight it at every opportunity. Things can move a little slow due. I credit this to the non-profit.
