      The only positive is working remote

      Inconvénients

      Upper leadership couldn’t care less about their employees. They ask for feedback, then completely ignore suggestions. Als preach how much they care about their employees and value us, then layoff and outsource HUNDREDS of employees.

      Avantages

      PTO & benefits are good, but not out of the ordinary for other hospitals

      Inconvénients

      Had to practically beg for a raise, while knowing that I was making at least 10% less than nurses with similar experience in same job
