Awesome manager, exhausting work with major safety concerns - Avis employé Veterans Case Manager Transition Projects

I was assaulted at work, there comes a time when managers need to recognize that a client is not well enough to be one on one without direct medical supervision or some sort of buffer. I was extremely uncomfortable semi-frequently. I am a woman in her twenties, not easily spooked, but this job haunts me. Some of the people we served were seriously dangerous and the help they need was far beyond the capacity of staff. I hope for brighter days for our nations homeless.
