      competitive pay in the DR, good staff and very nice ammenities

      Inconvénients

      really stressful and endless amount of calls, it truly is a back to back call center. no time to breath between calls.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
