      Avantages

      Good company. Sometimes gets bad wrap from current legal situation with 2 CEO's. You can move up into higher management or senior roles in 2-3 years if put work in.

      Inconvénients

      Large company over 90+ offices. Can be issue communicating with other staff through email. Also part of the excitement coordinating with employees & clients from different cultures.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
