      Awful salary- and bad bonus scheme Will keep giving you more and more work Don’t use other websites, so difficult to move to other localization companies that use anything besides TPT products

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
