      Avantages

      Only pros can be if you are for example a long-term unemployed and you land a job from transperfect - ok take it. Stay here for a year or so - but then leave.

      Inconvénients

      The management is unqualified, they bully, they are afraid to be surrounded with witty staff, they do not accept any feedback nor suggestions for improvement. If you are not a "yes yes" man or woman, you will be targeted and bullied untill you are exhausted. I wish clients would read these comments as well and not support a company where they psychologically bully and intimidate the staff.

      Avantages

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
