      Avantages

      Young, smart, interesting group of people. Fast-paced and can learn a lot if you know right people to talk to. Room for growth is here and work environment can be fun and casual.

      Inconvénients

      No work vs. life balance. People are generally overworked and underpaid for what they do. The company doesn't seem to have much interests in retaining talents.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
