      Avantages

      Pay is slightly low compared to others.

      Inconvénients

      everything. Unorganized, yet they demand perfection of out you. Not allowed to mess up. The people who train you and monitor your calls dont speak or understand english very well yet they criticize your calls.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
