Avantages

A good place for Entry Level Support, but no reason to stay more than a couple of years. Great team atmosphere, your colleagues are always there to help you.

Inconvénients

The company is a little behind on technology, Help Desk does not have much access and has to escalate often. Very few growth opportunities, no clear paths for promotion or transitioning.

Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Inconvénients

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

Avantages

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Inconvénients

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
