      Avantages

      Nice company with established presence and partnership with the biggest companies in the world. Well structured sales support and admin.

      Inconvénients

      As a sales in Switzerland the bonus system makes it almost impossible to get bonuses. Switzerland is targeted by all sales WW which makes the business development competitive internally and polluted by non-Swiss sales.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
