      Flex time (8:00 am to 10:00am + 8h), remote work available.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, micromanaging bosses, crazy expectations and workload to do in 8h, and no career development. Overall just not worth the stress.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
