      I feel fortunate to have been hired by this company. It's difficult to find flaws to a place that I have so much passion for. Constructive Criticism Challenging Matrix Fun people that distract, from time to time (not sure if this is a con)

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
