      Avantages

      I am a freelance translator. The assignments offered used to be interesting and reasonably paid, up to two years ago. Not now.

      Inconvénients

      Assignments are always in a rush, and the rates offered are the worst in the industry. How they can get reasonable quality with their setup is a mystery to me.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
