If you want to live like a beggar it might be for you then? the sales strategy is non-existent, and training is the most generic D - rated I've seen. You might as well get trained at Walmart Production is exploited, undervalued and mistreated. - I'm pretty sure this would be illegal under the Modern Slavery Act? No point in being promoted as you still have a subprime salary with double the responsibility and accounts to handle (Did I mention your commission gets cut in half if the client doesn't pay on time?) (This happens weekly) They won't even give you a phone/software to make national/international calls...(that's on you to pay using your beggar salary ;) Micromanagement - highest I've seen
