      The company runs like a startup while being the biggest translation company on Earth, strangely disorganized and inefficient, took me many weeks to even get a contract The pay depends on where you're from, and can vary wildly, and we're not allowed to discuss the pay, feels shady and toxic

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
