      Avantages

      Good place to work in as long as you have a good manager.

      Inconvénients

      Can have too much of a corporate feel. They could to a lot of things better but that goes for most of the companies the only difference is if you become an active agent in making things better the reward for it aren't that great.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
