      - Very young group of people - Laid back work environment - Lots of responsibility - Good medical/dental/optical benefits - Recognition for your achievements (the equivalent of a gold star given to a school child)

      - Grueling hours and terrible compensation - Extremely high turnover in employees - Unethical treatment of free-lance linguists

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
