      Avantages

      It's a standard job in the field

      Inconvénients

      We've been asked to recommend friends and acquaintances to enlarge the project we are working on. Next Monday after that, an email was sent informing us that 50% of the people currently working on the project are fired, reason that they need to make room in the offices for the new hires. Haven't seen anything like this in my entire life. I'm still shocked.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
