      Avantages

      - Once you’ve been there for a few years, the salary gets better and there is a lot of location flexibility - Some really great people there - Interesting work

      Inconvénients

      - Inflexible hours - Low work life balance - Salary is ridiculously low until you reach a relatively senior level

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
