      I gained good experience I take elsewhere (where I dont have to work 80 hours a week and am bullied)

      It you are over the age of 35 bullied and ostracized by younger employees they hire out of college as they do not know any better about how people are to be treated...run in a high school clique fashion; unprofessional, abusive

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
