      Avantages

      People I worked there were amazing, everyone was supportive and friendly

      Inconvénients

      training was not so practical, basically you learn your skill as you you take actual calls. they count every minute when you need to leave for bathroom and the time you used for bathroom in between break is integrated into your minutes for actual break.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
