      Amazing co-workers, flexibility with schedules and moves

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay compared to competition, outdated technology, delays in implementing small changes, many politics and protocols, no transparency (management rules differ depending on the department), promotions are linear and limited.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
