However you will not be able to take them off when there's "low capacity", and will continue to accrue them. -Long hours.. It's sick that some people actually brag that they've stayed at the office until 2am. If you think you'd have a problem staying at the office until 2am while getting paid less than 10 euros an hour, don't work here.
