      Avantages

      The schedule is somewhat flexible so it is good if you are a student looking for an easy part-time job. Second thing I really enjoyed about this job is once you hung up the phone, your job is done. You don't need to think or worry about it anymore.

      Inconvénients

      No potential to move up the ladder. I got a letter 3 years after I left saying that my personal info was compromised since the company data got hacked earlier this year...

      Avantages

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
