      Inconvénients

      The only con that I found while working in TranOrg Analytics is that leaves can not be carried forward to next year.

      Avantages

      Only 1 benefit is that they give more hike than any other company but you have to pay the price for that too

      Inconvénients

      too strict on office policies they didn't focus on your work they need you in the office 10-6 apart if you have done your work still you have to be in the office till 6.
