Avantages

Everyone at TransCore was very straight forward. The job met my expectations.

Inconvénients

I was not a good fit for the position as it was stated to me. They were looking for more of a Workforce Manager/Operations Manager, someone to manage the schedules and forecasting.

Inconvénients

Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
