      Avantages

      Some of the developers are good to go to lunch with. The projects could be fun if they were run by people who actually understood software development.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible ennui. Huge overhead on simple tasks. Defensive project manager who just didn't get it. I finally had to leave because it wasn't going to get any better.

      Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
