There was limited room for growth- however, I have seen people move on to accomplish this as well! Depends on your willingness to put in the time.

Health insurance (not the best but it's something).

Toxic work culture. The company is terrified of its own employees. Operations is a mess from top to bottom. Back of house is encouraged to lie to front of house. Divisive culture between departments. Management has their priorities set on sales, not people, not growth. Training people to do their jobs better is NOT a priority. They would prefer to watch you fail and fire you than set you up for success.
