      Some Flexibility, great location and community involvement ie. Habitat for Humanity, United Way and others. Manager support for development opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of resources for individual and team responsibilities. Negative attitudes and little job security. Managers can be too rigid at times.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
