Temperature control, clean, people are nice.

Inconvénients

Top pay is low compared to most places. Heavy parts. Personal life has to take back seat to work, top management is clueless.

Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

Inconvénients

Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
