The pay is good and plenty of opportunity for overtime

No benefit and poor upper management decision making have forced mandatory overtime and an unskilled workforce. Can not retain employees

Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

Inconvénients

Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
