Avantages
1. Upper management/Directors are approachable and quite supportive. They are quite good at what they do. 2. Extremely friendly and energetic environment to work. 3. The company and colleagues do not treat you as an employee, but as a member of a family. 4. You get to work on interdisciplinary projects of very challenging nature and of national importance. 5. Best part is peer learning. You will be surrounded by smart people and it accelerates learning. 6. No one bothers about what you wear unlike in typical corporate companies ;) 7. Haven't faced any long delays in salary in my tenure of 2 years. 8. Apart from work, they motivate you to pursue your hobbies and are supportive for the same.
Inconvénients
They keep the same salary structure for all the entry level engineer (UG/PG) they hire. Irrespective of their degrees, talents, previous experiences which I personally found slightly unfair. However, your talent does not go unnoticed and unappreciated (This should come under Pros)
