      Avantages

      The company once cared for their employees, no longer. The change over and rotating door is beyond crazy. Production employees are way underpaid campared to similar jobs at other companies.

      Inconvénients

      The company no longer cares for its employees. There is no growth, once in that's your job till you leave.
