      The company is great and the people are great! They truly respect every employee and they are flexible with your personal life!

      I have no cons with the Container Store. If you get a job there, you will want to keep it.

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
